Daphstronaut

A dark-field microscopy image of a Daphnia (water flea). The translucent, pear-shaped crustacean is illuminated with a bright white and lime-green glow against a dark, hazy background. Its internal organs and several eggs are visible through its clear carapace, and its branched antennae extend from the head area at the top right. A sharp spine projects from the bottom left of its body.
