A black-and-white photograph of a protest in front of a government building with one figure in selective color. In the foreground, a person is seen from behind wearing a bright red cloak and white bonnet, iconic of "The Handmaid’s Tale." Surrounding them are other protesters holding signs; one reads "FUND SCIENCE NOT IGNORANCE" with illustrations of viruses and lab equipment, and another reads "BILLIONAIRE$ are STEALING YOUR CANCER CURES." The background features the neoclassical facade of a capitol building under a bright sky.
