- Three Overlayed Julia Sets

- Description
- The Julia set is a fractal, closely related to a more-famous fractal, the Mandelbrot set. This image shows three closely related Julia sets, each through its own color (red, green, and blue). I generated the image pixel-by-pixel using a short, 30-line python script. I believe that coding gives powerful access to functional tools and theoretical exploration, and I hope that small projects like these will motivate viewers to explore coding for themselves.
